| Roderick Goodlow is a big physical safety who is more than capable in pass coverage. He has earned first team all 14-4A honors two years in a row and has started since his freshman season for Adamson High School. Goodlow helped the Leopards to a 6-4 record as a junior - which is amazing considering before 2007 AHS had lost 57 of their last 58 games. He finished his junior season with 109 tackles and four interceptions. Goodlow says he can bench 275-pounds, squat 405 and claims an amazing 41-inch vertical leap.
Goodlow says he plans to major in business and marketing and reports a 3.2 core GPA/930 SAT/18 ACT. .
Goodlow: "I'm a hard hitter and I move well north and south and sideline-to-sideline. I'm really aggressive and play very physical.
"I'm working on my footwork and speed. I want to switch directions better and pursue the running back faster. I want to get better angles."
