Any fool can criticize, condemn, and complain - and most fools do, Dale Carnegie. Hope you enjoyed the Fall colors last week. It’s back to beating each other up for most of the SEC this week.
WEEK 11
LAST WEEK (7-1)-----OVERALL (60-14)
Florida
@
South Carolina
– I’ve never seen a Spurrier team look as disorganized and incompetent as South Carolina did last week. They looked like some of Woody’s old VU teams. That doesn’t bode well for the Chickens against Gators. Florida 34 – South Carolina 14.
Auburn
@
Georgia
– Richt is going to bench players who commint penalties against Auburn. (Coach, what if the penalty is declined?) Hope they have enough players to finish the game, as Georgia is leading the nations in penalties. Georgia 24 – Auburn 21.
Louisiana Tech
@
LSU
– La Tech will give LSU all they can handle this week. Tech is better than their record would indicate, and LSU is worse than theirs. LSU 34 – La Tech 27
Alabama
@
Mississippi State
– The Tide must keep winning strong to stay in contention. They’re hoping for no letdown after clinching the SEC title game appearance. Conspiracy theorists will tell you that the refs will not allow MSU to win. We’ll see. ‘Bama may not need the refs in this one. Alabama 28 – MSU 10
Troy
@
Arkansas
– The Trojans probably think they have a chance, after 8 straight wins. Not really. Pigs 42 – Troy 14.
Tennessee
@ Mississippi –
Ole Miss
giving the Vols points in the betting? Say it ain’t so, Lane. These two teams have already passed each other going in opposite directions: Rebels going down, UTK going up. The trend intensifies this week. UTK 27 – Mississippi 17.
Kentucky
@
Vanderbilt
-- Logic says this game is a good candidate for an upset Vandy win. UK still has a lot of injuries (though many may play), and Vandy is playing at home for what is probably their last chance to win an SEC game and salvage at least some respect for the season. History says otherwise. Coach Johnson will, as usual, have his team playing like zombies on Senior day. Mildcats 24 – Vandy 13.
